1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your use of the USPA Polo Network is subject to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms are entered into by and between you and the United States Polo Association, Inc. (“USPA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the USPA Polo Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the USPA Polo Network.

2. DESCRIPTION OF USPA POLO NETWORK
“USPA Polo Network” refers to all websites, streaming platforms, applications, digital services, video content, data, features, and related services made available by USPA. USPA makes no representation that the USPA Polo Network is available or appropriate in all locations. Updates, maintenance, and service levels are provided at USPA’s discretion.Subject to these Terms, USPA grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the USPA Polo Network solely for personal, non-commercial use.

3. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You agree to:
(a) provide accurate and current information when required;
(b) maintain security of your login credentials;
(c) comply with all applicable laws and these Terms;
(d) accept responsibility for all activity under your account.You agree not to upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content, nor any malware, viruses, or harmful code. USPA may remove or restrict content or accounts at its discretion.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY
You may access confidential USPA information while using the USPA Polo Network. You agree to maintain confidentiality of such information and not disclose or use it except as permitted by USPA.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Any content you submit may be used by USPA without restriction. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant USPA a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content.

6. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS
The USPA Polo Network may feature links or content from third parties. USPA is not responsible for such content or for any damages arising from your use of third-party websites, products, or services.

7. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USPA and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the USPA Polo Network, your submitted content, or any violation of these Terms.

8. NOTICES; MODIFICATION; TERMINATION
USPA may modify, suspend, or terminate the USPA Polo Network or your access at any time. Updates to these Terms may be posted on the USPA Polo Network, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
The USPA Polo Network may display advertisements. Your dealings with third-party advertisers are solely between you and such third parties.

10. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
Your use of the USPA Polo Network is governed by the USPA Privacy Notice located at this page, which describes how USPA collects, uses, discloses, protects, and manages personal and non-personal information. By using the USPA Polo Network, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Notice.USPA may collect information including personal details, device data, usage patterns, cookies, IP addresses, and location data. USPA employs reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection. The USPA Polo Network is not directed to users under 13 years old.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE USPA POLO NETWORK IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” USPA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. USPA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USPA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. USPA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. Claims must be filed within one (1) year of accrual.

14. GENERAL TERMS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and USPA regarding the USPA Polo Network. USPA may assign these Terms; you may not. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. No waiver is effective unless in writing.
